Leman CT Plaza takes shape

The C.T Phuong Nam Company Limited, the joint vnetre between C.T Group and Phuong Nam Company Limited, today brook ground for the high-end Leman CT Plaza complex project in Ho Chi Minh City.

The 24-storey project, located on 4,288 square metres at District 3's 117 Nguyen Dinh Chieu street, will feature a three-storey basement, 200 swiss-styled luxury apartments up from the level 17th, a Parkson shopping mall at the ground floor, a five-star hotel in the middle, restaurants and other entertainment facilities.

Tran Kim Chung, general director of C.T Group, said: “With Kumho E&C being the main contractor, the $87 million Leman CT Plaza complex is expected to go online in early 2013 at the latest. The project's foundation will be completed within eight months after the ground breaking day.”

“Being located in the linking edge of District 3 and the downtown with four entrances  facing Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Truong Dinh, Vo  Van Tan, and Tran Quoc Thao streets, I believe that Phuong Nam project would become promising location for investors and end-buyers right from the ground-breaking ceremony,” added Chung.

The developer on the day also opened floor for apartment sales' registration with the exclusive discount of 10 per cent under undisclosed selling prices.

Established in 1992, Ho Chi Minh City-based C.T Group has currently 36 affiliates nationwide with more than 2,000 staff. The group's key businesses include real estate, high-end retailing, construction, corporate finance and eco-tourism.
