Vihajico general deputy director Vu Mai Phong said the firm would continue selling over 600 Palm Forest apartments at its Ecopark project in March 2011, with prices ranging between VND19-25 million ($917-$1,207) per unit.
Homebuyers can make payments in six times during 30 months or take part in a state-owned Vietcombank’s financial support programme with a loan package up to 70 per cent of the property value which can be paid by installments within 15 years.
Palm Forest is the first high-rise complex in Eco Park, an ecological urban centre covering around 500 hectares whose construction is in the pipeline in an area adjoining famous Bat Trang traditional pottery village, more than 10 kilometres southeast of Hanoi. The complex consists of 1,500 apartment units.
Phong also said that the project’s first phase was under intensive construction with basic shape of the semi-detached house complex being completed while the individual and twin villa complexes nearing completion.
