This future will be created through knowledge accumulated over the years, with financially stable daily practices. When financial knowledge is planted early, the seeds of optimism grow strongly, creating a solid foundation for the next generation. This is what motivated Sun Life Vietnam to launch the "Finance for yourself" campaign.

Understanding finances is a journey, and the first steps can be taken in school. Early access to financial education helps children develop a sound mindset and good financial management habits as they grow. To support this, Sun Life has launched the campaign "Finance for Yourself, Optimism for Yourself", with a series of extracurricular activities aimed at educating elementary and middle school students about financial literacy.

The campaign's first activity took place at Thang Loi Primary and Secondary School in Kon Tum. With professional advice from MC Quoc Khanh and the Vietsuccess team, students engaged in lively and interactive activities such as "Ring the Golden Bell" and "The Rice Pounding Game". Through these activities, guided by experts Quoc Khanh and Mai Trang, students learned the basics of financial education and how to manage their finances in everyday life, laying the groundwork for a stable future.

At the same time, Sun Life Vietnam coordinated with the Vietnam Red Cross to donate "Optimistic Finance" books to 20 schools in 10 provinces and cities across the country. The first donation was made at Thang Loi Primary and Secondary School in Kon Tum city. "Optimistic Finance" includes books suitable for students of all ages, such as Being smart with money - Avoiding troubles, Understand finances, Step into the future, and Social skills for elementary school students. These books offer basic, easy-to-understand and practical knowledge on topics like finance, financial management, investment, independence, and self-control from an early age.

Luc Nhon Ly, CEO of Sun Life Vietnam, expressed his enthusiasm about the recent engagement with students, stating, "We have had very interesting experiences with students through various financial-themed games. These activities, along with direct interactions and the provision of educational books to schools, will play a significant role in fostering appropriate financial management skills and methods among the younger generations. This will ultimately empower them to approach life's journey with confidence and optimism, ensuring a stable future."

In addition to numerous activities that have positively inspired customers and the community, bringing good things to their spiritual lives, promoting health, and offering financial protection, in 2024 Sun Life Vietnam plans to intensify its efforts to equip individuals with financial knowledge. This initiative aims to serve as a foundational pillar in Sun Life Vietnam's commitment to supporting the community towards a brighter and more prosperous future for all.
