On the nights of October 25 and 26, Ho Chi Minh’s City Equatorial Hotel will host the fourth Balade en France.

This year’s programme is part of the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations celebrations between Vietnam and France.

This year’s Balade en France is being organised by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sopexa (the French agency that internationally markets food, wine and lifestyle) with support from the French agriculture, agro-food and forest ministry and the French Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City.

The programme is an annual rendezvous for Francophiles and anyone with a passion for discovering and learning more about French cuisine and wines.

Dishes will include raclette, fish soup and crème brulee and wines from regions such as Bordeaux, Cotes du Rhone, Languedoc and Loire.
