Completing a long journey
In 2021, Phuong Trang Group suffered significant losses caused by the pandemic.
Responding to the call of the Party and the government, as one of Vietnam’s transport and logistics businesses, Phuong Trang Group mobilised more than 10,000 people and took advantage of its strengths to participate in the pandemic prevention campaign.
The company’s network includes more than 2,000 vehicles of all kinds, including nearly 1,000 sleeper buses, 60 fixed interprovincial passenger transport routes, and hundreds of ticket offices and transit stations across the country; as well as hundreds of different freight forwarding centres.
They have made significant contributions to the country's fight against the pandemic. By now, the company conducted more than 62,000 safe trips, including more than 19,000 trips serving healthcare employees and doctors engaged in the fight against the pandemic.
Nearly 43,000 trips have been carried out for patients; more than 26,000 trips for emergency; 5000 trips to take people back to their hometowns; and hundreds of tonnes of vegetables have been transported from Da Lat city to charity kitchens and hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City and many other provinces.
When there was a shortage of ambulances last August 2021, Phuong Trang Group imported 99 new Toyota Hiace cars to use them as ambulances, increasing the total number of ambulances provided by Phuong Trang Group to nearly 400 units. These 400 ambulances have been used to send patients to field hospitals for treatment.
Phuong Trang Group's drivers have thus been standing side by side with doctors on the front lines against the pandemic.
In addition, when the 115 medical emergency hotline of Ho Chi Minh City was overloaded, Phuong Trang swiftly trained its customer service staff to support.

To directly support patients treated at hospitals, Phuong Trang Group has been purchasing and delivering medical equipment to hospitals and healthcare facilities in dozens of provinces and cities. The medical equipment included rapid test kits, PCR tests, high-end ventilators, and high-flow oxygen concentrators, among others.
Phuong Trang Da Lat has donated PCR test machines, blood oxygen meters, and more than 5,000 tonnes of vegetables and fruits to people in isolated areas. Moreover, the company contributed around $43,500 to the COVID-19 prevention fund of Lam Dong province and sent people from across the country to the province to help.
The company also delivered medical teams, doctors, and other frontline forces to perform their duties and sent patients to emergency centres.

As the situation in Ho Chi Minh City was basically under control, Phuong Trang Group continued to assign buses to diverse localities, including Soc Trang Ca Mau, Can Tho, Vung Tau, and Tien Giang, among others.
Even after the government loosened pandemic-related restrictions, Phuong Trang continued its mission to effectively accomplish the dual goal set by the government to ensure economic rebound and support pandemic prevention.
“The journey of giving back to the country and contributing to the community is a sacred one, which we feel happy to contribute to,” the leader of Phuong Trang Group shared.
Established in 2001, after developing towards customer satisfaction for two decades, Phuong Trang Group is proud to be trusted by customers across the country and highly appreciated by government leaders at all levels.
The group has been recognised among the Top 5 Most Prestigious Companies in the Transport and Logistics Industry, the Top 10 Asian Quality Brands, and the Top 10 Outstanding Brands in Asia-Pacific, among others.
Furthermore, Phuong Trang has developed many other types of passenger and cargo transport services, including FUTA Express (fast delivery services), FUTA Taxi (taxi services), Phuc Loc Station System, FUTA Ads (media and advertising services), and FUTA Land (real estate services).
