The new office has brought together BASF workforce in one location, Suite 1101, instead of different suites on different floors of the same building.
By incorporating BASF solutions for smart design, the new office will reduce emissions and waste while providing more than 100 employees with an employee-friendly work atmosphere where they can even better interact and collaborate.
The new design aims at enhancing energy efficiency through a range of features such as open spaces, natural light and ventilation that help to save energy while supporting employees’ well-being.

A number of BASF products and solutions are used, including BASF’s water-based Acronal ECO product series as the interior decorative paint, which helps improve indoor air quality with low odour and low volatile organic compounds.
In addition, the MasterTop product ranges are used in the 50-square metre cafe area with river views. Carpets made from recycled materials and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood are also used.
BASF Vietnam’s managing director Petrus Ng said, “By using our own BASF materials in our office, we demonstrate our confidence that our solutions can help address the challenges of sustainability. We also believe the refreshing work environment will bring in higher job satisfaction to our BASF employees.”
