US Investment Expo hosted by leading US real estate investment consulting firms ImmiCa and USHome has just taken place at six-star Reverie Saigon Hotel, with the participation of more than 1,000 local investors.

According to the US National Association of Realtors, Vietnamese people have spent more than VND70 trillion ($3 billion) on US investment ventures annually.
Also, Vietnam ranks second worldwide in the volume of applications for EB-5 visas that allow investment and permanent residence for holders in the US, according to figures from the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
These factors attest to Vietnamese investors’ particular attention to investment opportunities in the US realty market.
Language barriers and the lack of information about US regulations, particularly the investment law, residence requirements, and taxes, however, have hindered Vietnamese people’s investment ambitions in the world’s number-one economy.
The US Investment Expo 2019 has provided the answer to all these questions.

Significantly, leading experts from major US groups in the field such as Extell, Relevant, and Western Wealth Capital helped to tackle hundreds of immigration records, as well as respond to the participants’ queries about investment and financial plans in the US.
Amid huge attention from the investors, the Organising Committee has decided to hold another super-event on US investment later this month on June 23 for further support as well as introducing valued investment projects to investors.
The projects include the Hollywood, Los Angeles hotel chain project RHF1 which promises an attractive IRR rate of 17 per cent per year, with investment from $150,000 to $50 million; and Central Park – the latest condominium project of Western Wealth Capital which promises an average profit rate of 19 per cent per year, with investment from $100,000 to $15 million.
