Two more Metro Line 1 trains docked at Khanh Hoi Port in Ho Chi Minh City

The sixth and seventh trains of Ben Thanh-Suoi Tien Metro Line 1 have successfully arrived at Khanh Hoi Port.

The two trains are among a total of 17 trains of Metro Line 1 transported from Japan to Ho Chi Minh City. After completing construction and installation, the project will move to the stage of testing and operation with the new trains.

In the coming time, the trains will undergo trial operation. Beginning with test operations at the depot, they will then take test runs from the depot to Binh Thai substation and then begin trial operation from the depot to Tan Cang substation, and finally traverse the whole route along with 11 other systems.
