Although the worldwide consulting market is currently not in the greatest state, Roland Berger is operating effectively in the Vietnamese market. VIR’s Bich Ngoc talked with Truong Bui, partner and general director for Roland Berger, on the company’s development strategy in Vietnam.

Finally, innovation is anchored in our Global Board, with two board members responsible for innovation and digitalisation.
