Accordingly, within three months of purchase, if consumers experience any problems with the colour, finish, and coverage of Dulux paints, they could get a quick replacement of the same new products.

This replacement is applicable to brands including Dulux Weathershield, Dulux Ambiance, Dulux Air Clean Bio-based Better Living, Dulux EasyClean Stain Repellent, and Dulux EasyClean Anti-virus.

Currently, there is an obvious trend that consumers are increasingly focusing on brand and quality in their decision-making journey to ensure certainty and security.

When it comes to paint selection, even though the ultimate goals are the same – good protection for houses in the long term – consumers might encounter confusion caused by different surface characteristics, demands, and conditions.
