Syrena Cruises earns 2015 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence

The Halong based Syrena Cruises has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award 2015.

The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Only the top-performing 10 per cent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.

To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

This accolade is proved that our efforts have been recognized and is rewarded with positive reviews by our guests on TripAdvisor.”

Built in accordance with traditional Vietnamese style and modern-day luxury, Syrena Cruises have maintained the high standards of luxury cruising in Halong Bay. The Syrena Cruises fleet of two ships offers a total of 34 luxury cabins and suites accommodating a total of 68 passengers for Halong Bay cruises or hosted events (weddings, corporate retreats, incentives, meetings and conferences.)
