Under his leadership, the company aims to strengthen its brand through strategic management and sustainable business practices.
Pawalit, a dynamic young executive, keeps a close eye on economic developments to align the company’s strategy with market trends. “Sustainable growth and community engagement are key components of C.P. Vietnam’s operations,” he emphasised.
In 2024, C.P. Vietnam continues its focus on green, sustainable, and efficient development. A significant aspect of this strategy includes expanding investments across various industries, with a focus on applying artificial intelligence (AI) to optimise production and business processes.

Pawalit has encouraged employees at all levels to actively learn and implement AI in their work to enhance productivity and personal growth.
"Incorporating AI is essential for our future. It benefits not only the company but also helps employees develop key skills," Pawalit said.
As a leader in agriculture and food production, C.P. Vietnam remains acutely aware of environmental issues. The company has committed to adopting smart, eco-friendly business models that promote sustainable agriculture. "We are committed to green growth, using natural resources responsibly to build a sustainable future," said Pawalit.
C.P. Vietnam’s environmental initiatives align with national efforts to reduce plastic waste and promote sustainable practices. As a member of the Packaging Recycling Organization Vietnam, the company supports activities aimed at minimising the environmental impact of plastic. It has also implemented a closed-loop production system, ensuring traceability and sustainability from farm to table.
For its commitment to sustainable development, C.P. Vietnam has received numerous accolades from both local and central authorities.
C.P. Vietnam also plays an active role in social initiatives. The company participates in programmes such as the Red Journey, Young Doctors’ Journey following Uncle Ho’s Teachings, summer volunteer campaigns, and relief efforts for underprivileged communities. The company has further contributed to environmental efforts, including tree planting and beach clean-ups.
As of 2024, C.P. Vietnam has planted over 867,000 trees in six provinces as part of its "C.P. Vietnam - Journey for a Green Vietnam" project. This initiative, which received a sustainability award from the parent corporation, aims to plant 1.5 million trees by 2025.
"We are not just planting trees. This project involves long-term care and protection to ensure forests grow sustainably,” Pawalit said.
Looking ahead, C.P. Vietnam plans to expand its community initiatives, reinforcing its commitment to environmental and social wellbeing. Following Typhoon Yagi’s devastation in northern Vietnam, the company donated VND5 billion in goods and cash to affected communities.
C.P. Vietnam recently hosted the 3rd National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union for the 2024-2029 term. At the congress, Pawalit announced a $805,000 funding pledge to support youth-led initiatives within the company, focusing on reducing food waste, minimising plastic use, planting trees, and gradually greening production and business activities.

In addition to its business operations, C.P. Vietnam prioritises the wellbeing of its workforce. The company promotes a culture of unity and support among employees, with the aim of fostering strong organisational growth while remaining committed to contributing to Vietnam.
"Our goal is to build a united, strong workforce and continue to deliver sustainable business results. We honour our responsibility to Vietnam through both our business and community contributions," Pawalit said.
