Accordingly, under activities for the Ho Chi Minh City tourism industry to join hands in the prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism has entered into a cooperation with Traveloka Vietnam, a travel booking company, to implement an online quarantine hotel booking system on its website and application.
In order to ensure the requirements of COVID-19 prevention and control, as well as encourage hotels to transform their business models, when participating in this programme, hotels users will be able to post information and enjoy the travel platform's services for free for the first three months, with other incentives made available in the following months.
In addition, the department of Tourism will publish and regularly update the list and information of hotels registered as isolation facilities on its website. People can book hotel rooms when they need to be isolated at the website of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism.
