Consortio Services and FPT Retail on April 1 jointly launch a new service to help customers get their lost items back.

FPT Shop’s customers can choose an additional VIP-Care Service package with assistance to find and return personal portable assets and valuables thanks to the new innovative service offered by Consortio. Consortio Services has provided training courses on services to all staff at these shops prior to the service deployment.

When register to use the service, customers will receive assistance kits containing key fobs, ID labels for mobile phones, personal portable assets, and other digital devices. On the fobs and labels, there’s a toll-free hot line 24/7 which finders can contact when they find the lost items. With the help of unique labels and reward-based system, the chance of returned lost items will be increased significantly.

The FPT Shop VIP-Care Service package will be first applied in four FPT stores in Hanoi including 92 Hai Ba Trung, 107 Tran Dai Nghia, 45 Thai Ha Streets, and Floor 1 Grand Plaza.

“We understand that many lost valuable items are not returned in Vietnam. We believe the new value-added service will bring peace of mind for our customers and help them during these stressful events.” said Trinh Hoa Giang, deputy general director, FPT Retail.

The loss of valuables is not only costly but also stressful, time-consuming and affects productivity. When information is lost, sensitive personal or business information is potentially at risk.

“Two main reasons that explain why lost items are not returned are the inability to identify the owner of the item and the lack of a convenient return process for the finder. The service is designed to increase chances of getting back a lost valuable item,” said Magnus Bjellefors, CEO of Consortio Services.
