Cultural connection

Since the end of 2021, Coteccons has actively renewed its modern business strategy, aiming for transparent values and standards to compete internationally. As a result, community-focused and sustainable development activities have been actively implemented. A prime example is the GREEN UP Marathon, an annual event aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle and a sustainable and environmentally friendly way of life.

Nearly 3,000 runners were ready to compete at the VSIP III Industrial Park at dawn. Among them, more than 1,000 were Coteccons employees, all heading towards a common goal, running together in various race routes, including 5km, 10km, and 21km.

Everyone wore the same colour jersey, forgetting corporate hierarchies and the normal boss-employee order. On the racetrack, only fellow runners remained, supporting each other towards the finish line. Some set their sights on winning awards, while others considered reaching the finish line as a victory in itself.
