SLP earned recognition for its green transformation strategies at VIPF 2024

VIPF 2024 was organised by Vietnam Investment Review and the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association on July 30, titled "Going green for new investment waves".

Commenting on industrial property developers with green transformation strategies, Pham Phu Ngoc Trai, chairman of GIBC and an expert on the circular economy, said, "Developers have demonstrated innovation and creativity in their business strategies. They not only focus on economic efficiency but also pay attention to environmental and social factors. Many developers have invested in green technology, improved production processes, and implemented environmental protection projects, demonstrating long-term vision and responsibility to the community."

SLP, a member of GLP, is a leading industrial and logistics infrastructure development and operation platform with technology-led solutions worldwide. As of present, SLP owns a portfolio of 11 modern warehouse and factory projects, spreading across six localities nationwide, with a total area of nearly one million square metres. In the coming time, the company has plans to expand and build projects in Bac Ninh, Dong Nai, and Hung Yen, which will be announced in 2025.

The recognition at VIPF 2024 underscores SLP's commitment to the sustainable development goals.
