In the coming years, Starlake Tay Ho Tay is expected to supply nearly 600,000 square metres of office space, significantly transforming Hanoi’s commercial real estate landscape. Notably, 100 per cent of the office developments in this area will meet international grade A standards, incorporating sustainability features and green workspaces. This presents strong competition for traditional office districts such as Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, and Ba Dinh.

Alongside office developments, Tay Ho Tay is also witnessing rapid commercial expansion. Lotte Mall Westlake commenced operations in 2023, while Thiso Mall and Takashimaya are set to launch by 2026, further enhancing this area’s appeal to corporate tenants and businesses.

Cost efficiency is a key factor for 51 per cent of tenants, as they seek to optimise expenditures while maintaining international standards. Furthermore, Tay Ho Tay boasts modern infrastructure and an upgraded transportation network, with 20m and 40m-wide roads facilitating superior connectivity and addressing congestion and parking challenges often encountered in central districts.

Minh further noted, "Starlake is not only attractive due to its structured urban planning but also because it caters to the pressing demand for premium office spaces. If development progresses in the right direction, the area will continue to attract major corporations, particularly in the technology, finance, and banking sectors."
