Novaland focuses on continu¬ously developing its expertise, always striving to overcome challenges to create outstanding values for customers, sharehold¬ers, and local communities alike.

Since its first large-scale project

Sunrise City Complex in Ho Chi Minh’s District 7 - Novaland has developed more than 40 diverse and outstanding products to meet the increasing demand.

Novaland’s green Rubik’s cube logo now crowns numerous façades across key locations - conveying the message that Novaland Group wishes to join hands with other businesses to build happy, modem lives and promote the overall development of the country.

As a listed company in the VN30 group and with convertible bonds listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore, Novaland is one of the most reputable Vietnamese brands in the interna¬tional capital market. The group attaches special importance to the interests of its shareholders through an efficient, sustainable business that complies with the law, with the aim of becoming the most transparent listed company on the securities market. Through this approach, Novaland has been able to forge long-term partner¬ships with strategic shareholders, including renowned organisations like GIC of the Singaporean government.

Partnering the strongest With the mission of “Developing Community - Creating Destination Building Happiness”, Novaland is gradually expanding the develop¬ment of resorts and tourism real estate products in cities with great tourism potential such as Can Tho, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Phan Thiet - Binh Thuan, and Cam Ranh - Khanh Hoa in order to create many more attractive tourist destinations of international standards.

In the Mekong Delta, Novaland and MB Bank have jointly contrib¬uted funds to Boston Consulting Group (BCG) - a leading global consulting firm - to develop a tourism development strategy for the 13 provinces in the Mekong Delta to adapt to climate change in accordance with the prime minister’s Resolution

No.120/NQ-CP issued in Novem¬ber 2017 on sustainable and climate-resilient development of the Mekong Delta. Accordingly, by 2030, the delta will be the top river destination in Asia, creating 300,000 new jobs.

Based on BCG’s strategy, Novaland is planning and implementing the NovaWorld Mekong project in the centre of Can Tho city. This is a synchro¬nous, large-scale project that will change the perception of tourism in the Mekong Delta, strongly activat¬ing tourism while encouraging agriculture and traditional activities, and which is expected to elevate the Mekong into a major global tourism destination.

In Binh Thuan, Novaland has funded McKinsey & Company to formulate an orientation project for tourism development. As a result, the province aims for international recognition as a desirable tourist and resort destination for beach tourism and leisure, adventure and sports tourism, and health and leisure tourism, as well as MICE tourism. MICE refers to meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions.

Currently, Novaland is implementing the 1,000 hectare NovaWorld Phan Thiet project and the NovaBeach Mui Ne project that will bring many outstanding benefits to the local community and visitors alike. Constructing a new school and hospital system and a plethora of sports facilities including a golf course for the joy of locals, the company is also adding spectacular attractions for tourists, such as traditional markets, marina, and a flight zone for hot air balloons.

Helping communities grow

Throughout all stages of its development, starting from residential development to branch out into tourism property, Novaland has not once lost sight of its responsibility to the society. While ensuring its success and the stable life of its employees, the company has been showing a genuine drive to give a helping hand where it is most needed - building schools, bridges, and houses of affection.

Novaland has been incorporat¬ing poverty reduction in many of its education initiatives to make sure the help it gives is far more than momentary relief.

This was the guiding principle of the project to build schools and bridges in remote areas such as Dong Thap and Long An provinces or the Teacher Nhe Scholarship which has been providing support for excellent students to overcome difficulties in the past 13 years. Additionally, under the “Clean Water for School” programme, sponsored by Novaland and The Sponsoring Association for Poor Patients, filtering systems have been installed to provide clean, direct drinking water meeting the standards of the Pasteur Institute, helping to protect the health of students and teachers in the Mekong Delta region suffering from a serious shortage of clean water.

However, momentary bursts of happiness have their own magic, too, which Novaland has been eager to spread to those whose lot runs the thinnest on it: the group has been calling on poor house¬holds with a bag full of gifts for the Tet holiday for many a year now, while building houses of affection for the families of war invalids and martyrs.

While education and poverty reduction are valuable, Novaland Group is also looking at those standing outside the circle afraid or unable to enjoy a normal life. To raise funds and bring smiles to the faces of 400 children bom with a cleft lip or cleft palate in 2018, Novaland joined hands with Operation Smile, and went out of its way to collect donations for the heart and eye surgeries for children in the Mekong Delta provinces.

On the occasion of the group's 27“’ anniversary of establishment, Novaland’s board of directors and all employees would like to express their sincere gratitude to their valued customers, partners, and agencies who have trusted, supported, and accompanied Novaland through all these years.

Sincerely yours.

Bui Thanh Nhon

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Novaland Group
