MB Bank and the Association of Vietnamese Youth and Students in the United States (AVSPUS) have established a collaboration in the recruiting and connecting of Vietnamese talents in the United States. The two parties inked a cooperation agreement in Washington, D.C., in the presence of a representative from the Vietnamese Embassy in the US last week.
MB and the AVSPUS signed a cooperation agreement within the framework of the annual event Vong Tay Nuoc My 10 event (VTNM 10), committing to jointly foster partnerships, conduct joint research, and create favourable conditions for the two sides.
MB partners up with AVSPUS to recruit and connect high-quality human resources, which includes student exchange activities to unlock vast potential and offer prospective career opportunities.
MB will also introduce and collaborate with other organisations to jointly coordinate and sponsor events, seminars, knowledge-sharing, skill exchange, and provide AVSPUS with the bank’s seamless financial services such as contactless account opening, apps, payment cards, credit cards, remittance services, and tailor-made products for Vietnamese youth in the US.
"The collaboration between MB and AVSPUS is of immense significance, opening up new horizons for both sides," Le Xuan Vu, member of MB’s Board of Management told VIR. “As one of the prominent commercial banks in Vietnam with a global ambition, MB is confident to accompany and actively cooperate with AVSPUS in order to deliver top-notch, world-class services to the young Vietnamese population in the US. The bank also aspires to cement its position by deploying talent dynamically and building a strong, solid future workforce through the partnership with the AVSPUS.”
Doan Thi Minh Phuong, a representative of the AVSPUS stated, "For the first time, we have witnessed cooperation between a joint stock commercial bank of Vietnam and an association in foreign countries. This landmark not only demonstrates MB’s enthusiasm for the overseas talents and Vietnamese community, but it is also a significant step forward in the bank’s brand promotion in developed markets like the US.”
