Knight frank appointed as exclusive leasing and marketing agent for The Garden

Knight Frank Vietnam has officially being named as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for The Garden Shopping Centre in Hanoi.

Located in the new administrative and business centre of the capital, “The Garden Shopping Center” is a world class building complex seamlessly integrating office, residential and recreation area.

Owned by the well-known Bitexco Group, The Garden boasts a modern and elegant European style of decoration and architecture, exhibiting a true sense of style and class.

In many ways the retail sector is in a transition stage, from the old centre business district (CBD) - a shopping destination for luxury brands to the new CBD, the preferred destination for shopping in the future, as more international retailers enter the market, the onus will be on the developer to build better quality developments so as to meet international standards. This is what The Garden did very well.

The Garden covers a gross area of 57,000 square meters, with three basements and six retail floors with food and beverage mix.
