Considered one of the largest and most innovative meeting venues in the region, JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi offers 2,400 square metres of meeting space all covered on one floor with a total of 17 rooms from our two pillar-less ballrooms to our signature The Studio.

This is the venue that sets no limit to your expectation. To further assist customers in meeting planning, we proudly introduce our creations Meetings Imagined (MeetingsImagined.com) and Meeting Services App.

Meetings Imagined is an online platform modeled on the user-friendly Pinterest.com, provides expert tips on everything related to meetings and includes the latest meeting trends and inspirational images to spark creativity. In addition to the website, event planners can collaborate on event creation with Meetings Imagined specialists.

The Meeting Services App includes a chat facility to connect MICE organisers with its event team throughout the planning and execution process and allows us to respond immediately to any requests, and to update the planner of how the requests are being handled.
