A newly-released report by PG Economics has found that over the last 20 years, crop biotechnology has significantly reduced the environmental impact of agriculture and stimulated economic growth in the 26 countries where the technology was deployed. Graham Brookes, director of PG Economics and co-author of the report, talked with VIR’s Thanh Van about crop biotechnology and the prospects of genetically modified corn in Vietnam.
