More than 100 units of PARCSpring, the affordable condominium developed by Singapore’s CapitaLand, were reportedly sold today at the project’s Sales Day event.

PARCSpring, which was launched in 2012, is the first affordable housing project of CapitaLand in Vietnam.

“We commit to deliver PARCSpring with good quality standard. We put a similar level of resources into developing PARCSpring as per The Vista. For us, project quality and our reputation are very important. We put the similar effort into high-end and affordable housing projects,” said Lim Hua Tiong, general manager, South Office, CapitaLand Vietnam at the Sales Day event.

Homebuyers were very glad to visit the completed project PARCSpring. They could feel and taste all facilities such as swimming pool and gymnasium.

“The project offers homes for young couples at reasonable prices. So, in the beginning we simplified the layout to save on construction costs in order to offer homebuyers at affordable price. In Singapore, an affordable apartment comes without facilities. But as Vietnamese homebuyers prefer to have all some facilities, even in the affordable housing segment, we have sacrificed two apartments and built a gymnasium and a swimming pool,” Tiong said.
