The 3F process aims to increase consumer safety through transparency and accountability in food production. Pork is one of the most popular food products in the country, so C.P. Vietnam (CPV) has paid great attention to its journey from farm to table. CPV pork is produced using clean, safe animal feed, a closed breeding system, and a clean environment for both livestock and farmworkers. The slaughter, processing, and transportation are all carried out in a hygienic and safe manner.
Phan Thanh Tuan, sales manager at CPV said, “With the desire to protect public health by providing a source of fresh, safe food, under strict veterinary hygiene control from farms to slaughter to consumption, the company has developed the Fresh Shop chain. This is also consistent with the policy of the local authorities in developing food production, distribution, and consumption chains."
Currently, CPV pork can be purchased in several provinces and cities across the country and the Fresh Shop brand already has a presence in Haiphong, Bac Giang, Nghe An, and Nam Dinh. CPV plans to open a store in each district in the capital in the future, meaning more widespread availability of CPV food products
Fresh Shop also includes a variety of other foods produced by CPV such as chicken, eggs, sausages, spring rolls, shrimp, and fish. In particular, there are 25-30 pork products of all kinds and over 20 chicken products available.
In addition to Fresh Shop, CPV currently has more than 500 Pork Shop stores in northern Vietnam.
