VIR to host talk show about Vietnam’s eye-care industry in February 2024

Titled “A Decade of Partnership for Brilliant Eyes, Brilliant Future”, the talk show will hear the interesting discussion among stakeholders in the eye-care devices industry, who have been partnering with each others to bring better vision to millions of Vietnamese for a decade.

Medical equipment is a key factor that can decide the effectiveness of medical services, actively supporting physicians in diagnosing and treating diseases in a more accurate, fast, safe, and effective manner. Each year, innovations in medical equipment are bringing more benefits for patients, including those that suffer from eye-related issues.

In Vietnam, eye diseases are becoming quite common, leading to a growing need for access to advanced and modern solutions. Many people are also fond of refractive or near-sightedness surgery. For the elderly, cataracts can be unavoidable. And there has also been an increase in vitrectomy surgery.
