The traceability of goods is crucial to firms’ production and trading activities, but public awareness of the importance of traceability remains low, said Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Dang Hoang An during a seminar held by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) on Friday in Hanoi.
