Bidding cancelled a third time on LNG-fired power plant

Authorities at Nghi Son Economic Zone have had to cancel the bidding to select the investors for the Nghi Son liquefied natural gas (LNG)-fired thermal power plant for the third time, as zero dossiers were submitted.
