Searefico completes full divestment in Arico to Japanese partner

On March 26, the Board of Directors of Searefico Corporation approved the resolution to divest its remaining 48.616 per cent stake in Asia Refrigeration Industry JSC (Arico) to its strategic partner, Hoshizaki.
