Hanoi - Foreign Minister of the Republic of Korea (RoK) Kang Kyung-who praised Vietnam’s plans to resume commercial flights with the RoK during her meeting with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh on Friday.
