Second runway built at Cam Ranh int’l airport
The People’s Committee of the central coastal province of Khanh Hoa on March 15 launched construction of the second runway at Cam Ranh International Airport, which is currently facing overload.

Speaking at the event, Deputy PM Hoang Trung Hai highly valued the project since it could be part of efforts to modernize and upgrade the airport infrastructure as well as meeting the demand of travel to Khanh Hoa Province.
He asked for ensuring the progress of the project so as it will start operation as planned.
With a total investment of VND1,936 billion, the project is expected to be completed within 36 months.
