The project will be conducted under phase two of the Ecopark project with 3,000 units, covering an area of 40,000 square metres. The construction and handover of the condominium project will be completed in 2024-2025.
Nomura Real Estate is one of the leading property developers in Japan, which set foot Vietnam in 2015 by targeting large-scale projects in Ho Chi Minh City. Ecopark will be the developer’s first foray into the area of Hanoi, the Vietnamese capital.
This is not the first time Ecopark Corporation shakes hands with a Japanese business to develop projects in the urban area. Previously, Japan’s Waseda Health Sciences Education Corporation chose Ecopark as the location of Tokyo Human Health Sciences University Vietnam and Tokyo Medical University Hospital.
Located in the Southeast area of Hanoi, Ecopark is one of the first successfully developed townships in Vietnam – and is the premier mega-township project of the country.
Ecopark boasts numerous advantages with a comfortable location (30 minutes from Hanoi city centre), huge open areas, international-standard design, and an ideal inter-regional position along the roads connecting Hanoi and the northern key economic zones.

Since its advent, Ecopark has been in the spotlight of the property market with its green projects and unique architecture. Following the success of Ecopark Grand – The Island, AquaBay, Pine Garden villas, Ochna villas, and Sky Oasis, the developer Ecopark is going to release Solforest, based on the model of a vertical forest.
Ecopark has real estate products for any customer |
Solforest is a 150m high, 41-storey building with 400 tropical gardens that is garnering great attention among customers by offering spectacular views on the 54ha island bay and the Red River.
The vertical forest design is a novelty in Vietnam where only 3-4 resort and hotel projects are developing with such design – but only averaging at 42-65m in height. Once completed, Solforest will be one of the world’s highest green towers.

Each balcony will be a miniature garden of its own that will be handed over to residents and plant care technology. All little gardens will be maintained regularly and will come with a built-in automatic watering system that is adjusted to the growth rate of the plants.
Every year, Ecopark welcomes dozens of visiting delegations of leading local and overseas real estate developers looking to learn to develop green spaces in big projects.
