The 16-hectare GNP Yen Binh 2 project is designed to cater to the ever-evolving demands of global manufacturers and producers, ensuring smooth and optimised operations. The design highlights of the RBF at GNP Yen Binh 1 and 2 feature open factory floor without internal columns to optimise the manufacturing space. The natural skylights along the roof will save energy during the day and an automatic fire fighting system will help businesses operate most safely.

These three factors save a lot of initial investment and production costs, so tenants can start production in the shortest time.

The project has also four entrances to ensure a convenient traffic flow and avoid congestion at peak hours.
