Themed 'Digital Experience - DigitalX,' the event saw 70 speakers in the field of sales and marketing. Many participants were professors and researchers from leading universities who are cooperating and exchanging at VinUni University. Presidents, directors, and representatives of domestic corporations, multinational corporations, and companies in many fields were also speakers.
Additionally, the event also received nearly 2,000 participants in the field of sales and marketing, along with university students.
Le Quoc Vinh, vice president of CSMO Vietnam and chairman of Le Bros emphasized the X symbol in the theme of this year’s event, which is very familiar to people in sales and marketing, meaning customer experience.
“The X symbol in this theme means transformation and digital experience. That is also the goal of digital transformation, covering the sales and marketing activities of businesses that have been joining digital transformation. VSMCamp aimed to explore the knowledge of digital experiences in digital transformation,” said Vinh.

With six speakers in the morning and 10 discussion sessions in the afternoon, VSMCamp 2022 on November 18 helped participants understand the digital experience and its impact on approaching and persuading customers, especially after a long time of disconnection.
The shared knowledge of academic expertise and practical experience from leading industry experts brought a new perspective on combining technology and customer experience.

Notably, VSMCamp & CSMOSummit 2022 included paperless conference series. The registration, ticketing, check-in, tracking, and schedule management for the two-day event were digitised on the VSMCamp for Attendees mobile app.
With this app, participants could follow the entire event schedule, see the speaker's presentation slides, ask to discuss with the speakers, and save the speaker's presentation.

The VSMCamp & CSMOSummit 2022 marked the first collaboration between VinUniversity and Vietnam’s largest forum for sales and marketing as its academic partner. VinUniversity not only sponsored the location but also hosted seminars, discussions, and workshops through the participation of its professors.
“The College of Business & Management of VinUni University plans to establish six training and research centres, in which Marketing is one of the key majors," said Dr. Vu Anh Dung of VinUni University.
"Through this cooperation, the college hopes to lay the foundation for in-depth cooperation with businesses and organisations, thereby contributing to serving the community, promoting academic exchange, networking between researchers and businesses, and training talents associated with practical needs.”
