Anphabe.com will coordinate with recruitment website VietnamWorks to hold a human resources seminar “Networking – Keys to transform HR into effective Business Partner” on July 25 in Ho Chi Minh City and July 27 in Hanoi.

This workshop will be facilitated by Andy Lopata, European top business networking strategists together with direct sharing from more than 100 human resource professionals.

According to Thanh Nguyen, CEO of Anphabe.com, the development of business today required modern human resource to play a more strategic role.

However, according to a survey The Role Of Modern HR conducted by Anphabe.com in June, 1,136 managers admitted the biggest role of human resources departments was doing admin tasks (51 per cent), then executing human resource requirements from other departments (28 per cent) rather than being the “real strategic partner” to advise on relevant human resource strategies.

Nguyen said: “The shortage of employees’ understanding and lack of trust from management and other departments head are also big barriers”.

Hence, the human resources seminar co-organised by Anphabe.com and VietnamWorks would provide necessary networking skills for human resource professionals to understand, advise and execute “people strategy” more effectively, said Nguyen.

Established by 100 top leaders and experts, Anphabe.com now has around35,000 members andis Vietnam’s biggest “Share to Succeed” business community connecting dozens of thousands of senior professionals, while VietnamWorks is biggest online recruitment service provider in Vietnam with more than 70,000 visitors per day, 4,000 new jobs each month and more than 350,000 quality resumes.
