From March 23 to March 25, the Japanese Cultural Fair 2018 held in celebration of the 45th anniversary of Japanese-Vietnamese diplomatic relations, bringing 10,000 iconic cherry blossoms from "the country of the rising sun" to people living in and visiting Hanoi.
