VinaProjects marks second birthday anniversary with two new projects

VinaProjects has just celebrated its second birthday on December 29 with two new projects in Vietnam.

VinaProjects has been appointed as project and construction managers for renovation work of New World Saigon Hotel, a five-star business hotel in Ho Chi Minh City offering high-class service with 533 luxurious keys, restaurants, MICE facilities, spa and outdoor swimming. The project commenced in December 2011 with duration of 29 months.

In addition, VinaProjects will also provide project management and construction management services to BMW showroom and workshop located in Hanoi.

The project is a 3 storey building covering 5,000 square metres featuring a ground floor show room, mezzanine level office and training area, a second floor service area, and a roof top parking area. The project is targeted to operate late 2012.

“It has been a very challenging year, but through sheer determination and hard work VinaProjects has been able to secure these two new landmark projects especially given the current Real Estates market where developers and investors await for better economic conditions to start up new projects” said Tran Nguyen, managing director of VinaProjects.

VinaProjects is a joint venture between VinaCapital Vietnam and inProjects Group Hong Kong providing world-class standard of project management, construction management, urban planning and technical services to real estate developers and investors in Vietnam.

After two year of establishment, VinaProjects has had more than 40 landmark management and urban planning projects across Vietnam.
