WeSale, a real estate trading platform in Vietnam, has secured undisclosed seed round investment capital from Hitseries Capital, a venture capital fund headquartered in Singapore, it announced on May 27.

WeSale is as an advanced proptech platform, offering communities of brokers, individuals, and organisations who want to make breakthrough income from real estate exclusive and quality inventories from the top investors and developers; providing complete and optimal real estate development and trading solutions.

By developing real estate transaction tools, CRM, and generative AI (LLM), WeSale is striving to improve the quality of consulting, and provide transparent and effective real estate transactions for members, brokers, business partners, and project developers.

This investment round marks an important milestone in WeSale's development journey. With the investment capital from Hitseries Capital, WeSale will focus on developing and upgrading the platform, expanding markets, and developing new products and services to meet the increasing needs of partners and customers.

Mai Lam Toi, CEO of WeSale said, "Having spent considerable time managing a real estate agency, I recognised the challenges traditional agencies face in scaling their in-house sales forces.
