A consortium comprising China’s Guangzhou Metro Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (GMDI), ARUP Vietnam, and TEDI SOUTH has been licensed to formulate the feasibility study for the nearly $6 billion Metro Line 4 in Ho Chi Minh City.
