Getting a market perspective on low-emission materials

The Vietnamese government is promoting the manufacture and use of low-emission, energy-efficient building materials for construction and housing. In 2030, at least one-quarter of new urban areas will implement the requirements of green, low-carbon urban regions, according to the Ministry of Construction’s action plan for the issue towards 2030, with a vision to 2050.
