In this vaccination programme, the representative agencies were arranged to be vaccinated in four sessions, consisting of the morning and afternoon on June 9-10. They are divided into groups, according to different time frames to ensure the distancing and preventive rules of the Ministry of Health.

Before the injection, these members are asked to make medical declarations, measure body temperature, and blood pressure, as well as declare their medical history.

Members of foreign diplomatic missions and organisations are a priority group for vaccination in the context that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is tasked by the government and the Ministry of Health to be the main agency in speeding up the search and access to vaccine source for Vietnam, including through the COVAX Facility.

Vaccinations against COVID-19 will in turn be deployed to all members of foreign diplomatic missions and organisations of the United Nations system in Vietnam.
