Luxcase to increase its investment in Nghe An

Luxcase Precision Technology was granted approval from Nghe An authorities to increase its investment capital from $24 million to $174 million for its project in the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) Nghe An on July 3. The additional $150 million will be spent on equipment, machinery, and construction costs. Following the move, the company will raise its production capacity from 7.2 million units to over 13.6 million units per year.

Luxcase was granted the original investment certificate to build a factory to produce metal components in VSIP Nghe An last January. Covering an area of 10.9 hectares, the factory will specialise in manufacturing metal components for notebooks, tablets, smart wearable devices, and other stationery equipment.

From the beginning of 2024 to the end of June, Nghe An attracted almost $292 million in investment from overseas groups.

Luxcase's decision to raise investment capital will help improve the industrial production value of Nghe An and create many job opportunities for local workers. The company's commitment also reflects the confidence that international investors have in the business environment and infrastructure of the province.
