According to the Document 16409/BTC-CST dated December 1, 2010, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) asked for enterprises to record any difficulties arising in the implementation process of the Decree 123/2008/ND-CP, providing guidance for the implementation of the Corporate Income Tax Law and the  Decree 124/2008/ND-CP, providing guidance for the implementation of the Value Added Tax Law.

“Business community’s feedback will be the basis for the MoF to summarise, assess and propose the government for any amendment and addition to the two decrees,” said the Document 16409.

Nguyen Van Toan, vice chairman of Vietnam Association of Foreign Invested Enterprises, said the association had sent the document to more than 100 members to reflect their difficulties in carrying out tax obligations prescribed in the two decrees until December 25 for it to gather and send to the MoF before the deadline of December 31, 2010.
