Charm Engineering expands investment in Vietnam
South Korea’s Charm Engineering Group has chosen Posco E&C to implement the first phase of its Charm Plaza project in the southern Binh Duong province’s Di An district.
Charm Plaza is a high-end apartment complex to be built over five hectares which encompasses 2,700 luxurious apartments, big supermarkets and commercial quarters. The $200 million property project will be brought online in 2012.
Charm Enginnering’s marketing executive Jeon Yong Ho said the group had poured around $900 million in seven licenced property projects in Vietnam. He added that besides Charm Plaza another significant project was the $600 million Toc Tien urban area in the southern Ba Ria-Vung Tau province’s Tan Thanh district.
