The CapitaLand – Nutrition for Children programme aims to promote good health in children, as well as raise awareness of the importance of having milk in their daily diet.
For two months from December 11, 2020 to February 11, 2021, the children from CapitaLand Quang Yen and Thanh Phuoc Primary Hope Schools, as well as CapitaLand Le Xa and Tan Tay Hope Kindergartens, will receive 180ml of fresh milk each school day. The children will also be provided with free health check-ups and nutrition education.

According to Ronald Tay, CEO of CapitaLand Vietnam, as a responsible real estate company, CapitaLand supports the communities it operates in, through its philanthropic arm, CapitaLand Hope Foundation (CHF).
“In Vietnam, we provide education for underprivileged children at our four CapitaLand Hope Schools and Kindergartens. The CapitaLand – Nutrition for Children programme reinforces our support for the children’s development. With better nutrition and health, the children will be able to perform better in school. We are grateful to partner Vinamilk for this programme and we look forward to working with more like-minded partners to expand our support for the underprivileged children in Vietnam,” Tay said.
Pham Thanh Tuyen, representative of CapitaLand Thạnh Phuoc Primary Hope School said: “Healthy nutrition is important for children’s growth and development. The nutritional benefits from the milk provided by CapitaLand Vietnam, CHF, and Vinamilk, will help the children stay alert and excel in school.”
