Paradise Bay Resort Company Limited (trading as ALMA) on April 8 officially announced the opening of its office in Ho Chi Minh City with 200 initial staffs.

With the desire to provide better services of standardised “Holiday Ownership”, and to approach southern customers particularly and Vietnamese customers generally, the launching event demonstrates the brand’s long- term commitment in Vietnam market.

Starting Vietnam branch from June 2013, ALMA has its main office at Capital Tower, Hanoi with around 300 staffs.

The ALMA project officially commenced at the beginning of 2014 over the area of 30 hectares in Bai Dai beach, Cam Ranh city, Khanh Hoa province. On its completion in 2018, the project will consist of 200 villas and 400 apartments, equivalent to more than 30,000 holiday units each year.

According to Brian Martin, general director of ALMA, over the world, the Holiday Ownership model has been developing for many decades.

“Holiday owners could participate in the global communities of Holiday Exchange with a reasonable price. The representative office of ALMA in Ho Chi Minh City will provide customers with adequate information about our project in Nha Trang and Holiday Ownership benefits, while arranging the holiday rights for owners instantly when they sign the contract,” said Martin.

ALMA is one of the worldwide priority projects of Blenheim Group, owned by the Israeli billionaire Igal Ahouvi. During its first construction period, the holiday owners could go on vacation in some special hotels and resorts within Vietnam or nearby areas to make initial evaluation about the value of Holiday Ownership.
