ACE Life launches online premium payment gateway in Vietnam

ACE Life is the first and only life insurance company in Vietnam to offer this exclusive premium payment gateway.

With the convenience of this new solution, ACE Life's customers now can make premium payments using bank cards in a quick and simple manner at anytime and anywhere with their computers or mobile devices (laptop, tablet or smartphone) connected to the internet.

ACE Life Payment Gateway is operated through a partnership between ACE Life and JSC Smartlink Card – the leader in payment gateway providers in Vietnam’s e-commerce market.

This online payment service is backed by advanced security technology in the banking and finance industry. It accepts online payment from almost all bank cards in Vietnam, including 24 domestic bank cards and all kinds of debit and credit cards of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB. The new online payment service is free of charge for ACE Life customers.

Right after a successful payment, customers will receive an e-receipt via their email which has been provided to ACE Life before.

Concurrently, they can visit the ACE Life’s website for policyholders information at https://www.baohiemacelife.vn to check their payment status, if they already have accounts to login.

All successful transactions before 17:00 every working day will be processed and recorded in their contract by the Contract Management System at the same day.

All successful transactions after 17:00 or on the Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays will be recorded in their contract by the following working day.

ACE Life will send SMS notifications to customers, right after their successful contract recording. Following, an e-invoice (PDF format with e-signature) will be updated on the ACE Life’s website for policyholders information for their checking and download (if needed).

Twenty-four domestic commercial banks to accept ACE Life Payment Gateway are Vietcombank, Techcombank, VIB, Eximbank, VietinBank, MB, HDBank, Maritime Bank, Viet A Bank, Agribank, ACB, Sacombank, VPBank, DongA Bank, GPBank, OCB, BacA Bank, OceanBank, ABBank, TPBank, LienVietPostBank, SHB, NCB and BaovietBank.
