The official opening of a representative office in Hanoi by Equinor demonstrates the ambition of Norway’s largest energy company in Vietnam, which boasts huge potential for offshore wind development. Jens Olaf Økland, Equinor’s senior vice president, discussed with VIR’s Bich Thuy the group’s upcoming plans in the region.
