HCMC transport dept. proposes lower toll for bikes

Under a proposal by the Ho Chi Minh City Transport Department, the road maintenance fee for motorbikes with cylinder volumes of under 100cc will be VND60,000 (US$2.9) per year , generally lower than the Transport Ministry’s rate.
