Two BOT transport projects opened to traffic

The Hoa Lac-Hoa Binh highway and Van Lang bridge linking Hanoi’s outlying Ba Vi district and Phu Tho province’s Viet Tri city, which were constructed under build-operate-transfer (BOT) contracts, were opened to traffic on October 10.
