Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc spoke highly of the Republic of Korea’s New Southern Policy, which focuses on Southeast Asia, especially Viet Nam, adding that the Vietnamese Government, ministries and agencies always create favorable conditions for RoK investors to launch successful operation in the country.
